Crystal Mountain Hotels needed a site that was easier to maintain in-house, that was flexible enough to easily change from a summer to a winter theme, and that had gobs of functionality. We opted to build their site in WordPress to give them all of that and more. The result is a site that’s got a wide range of functions including weather forecasts, online booking, slideshow galleries, blog and event feeds, translation to different languages and a webcam that updates the view of the mountain every half hour. The site is viewable on virtually any device including iPhones and iPads and the client is delighted to be able to do most of their many regular updates themselves.
