At the heart of our team, Sibyl provides the strategic and creative leadership that makes the projects we do so successful for our clients. With a name that means “fortune teller” and more than 20 years of experience, Sibyl really can see your future, or more precisely the potential future of your brand when you work with us to reposition your company in the marketplace.

Most days, when she’s not plotting how to use the latest technologies to benefit our clients, experimenting with new trends in web design or brainstorming with finger puppets, she’s brewing up a new 10-gallon batch of beer or bottling a nice Moscato to share with our latest new client….hint, hint.

Kaylea has been with Sibyl Design for four years now, since graduating from Seattle Pacific University with a degree in Visual Communications. She keep saying how happy she is to be working in such an intimate, boutique shop because she gets to have a part in just about all aspects of our design projects.

With her passion for putting things together, you’d think Kaylea would have grown up to be a mechanic or a builder—and in a sense she does just that—constructing cathedrals of code,  castles of creative, pyramids of print production and everything in between.

In her down time, you’d probably find her in her kitchen, using her powers of creation on food instead of code.

Tori is the newest addition to our team and has already made her mark. Lots of marks, actually. Marks and scribbles and doodles and pencil scratches. And clients have been LOVING all of them. We’ve found that Tori brings a fresh, exciting take on everything we’re designing and we can’t tell you how happy we are that we snatched up such an amazing talent before one of the big Seattle agencies got their hands on her. We think you’ll agree.

 

Drew Neilson
programmer, code jedi and

Drew gets things done. He has that inscrutable, magical ability to look at even the most complex of code problems and cheerfully find the answer so fast that you might not have finished asking the question. Drew takes our impossible web designs and makes them suddenly, beautifully possible. And when he’s not wrangling code, you might find him hovering over a brew kettle working on his next batch of beer.

If you need someone to brighten your day, DaLona’s on the spot. With “Helpful” as her middle name, DaLona will take care of your questions, concerns, and keep your project moving as smoothly as hot fudge on vanilla ice cream. And if you’re lucky, you’ll get the whole thing served up with some of her famous banana bread too.

When not helping clients, DaLona sings and plays keyboard and harmonicas (and a bunch of other things) in an Americana band with her sister. But she promises not to burst out into song in the middle of your office. Probably.

Our Mascots

Farrell and Rosa have an abundance of goodwill and enthusiasm and provide us with lots of brainstorming fodder (especially when there are no finger puppets at hand). We’re still looking for the perfect job for them in the office. So far they’ve been pretty effective at keeping the cats from sleeping on the keyboards and cleaning up after lunch—the floor, that is. They’ll be really happy to see you if you visit us here, but don’t worry, we’ve implemented strict rules about whining, begging and inappropriate sniffing.
